Essay

The thesis focuses on the actual problem of modern pediatrics - learning the influence of infectious factors (bacterial and fungoid allergens) with sensitization the early age children organism with recurring episodes of obstructive bronchitis. It's established wide spectrum and high sensitization level to bacterial and fungal allergens with predominance the hypersensitivity to fungi Candіda albіcans, Alternarіa tenіus, Aspergіllus flavus, Penіcіllіum tardum according to allergenic investigation of 135 children (age from 3 monthes till 5 years old). 43,8% conditionally healthy children, who had no any bronhic obstructive episodes in their anamnesis, was founded latent fungal sensitization to fungi Candіda albіcans, Alternarіa tenіus, Aspergіllus niger, Penіcіllіum tardum, and during the first year of investigation it was noticed 2 or more bronhic obstructive episodes in 28,6% children and was facted the reccurence had 64,3% children during the second year of investigation. It was offered elimination actions for patients with revealed infection sensibilisation including couse - significant allergens and proved their using expediency. It was fixed indications for prescription H1-antihistamines - quifenadine and antibiotic spiramycin in acute period for children caused by infection reccurence of obstructive bronchitis, bronchial asthma and was proved their hjgh successfulity. Fixed high prophylactic effectiveness of six month course medication by ribomunyl for children with infection-associated repeated episodes of bronchial asthma and obstructive bronchitis.
