Essay

This thesis improved call processing system using situational priorities in mobile networks. The method of call processing using situational priorities in mobile networks with OFDMA takes into account the bandwidth and the importance of information services component. Improved discipline of service calls is based on the formation of situational priorities which forms as the ration of services tariff to service consumed bandwidth. PCC Policy (Control and Charging) serves the first call with the greatest value of this ratio. Discipline is applied in block enforcement of the rules of service and billing services - PCEF (Policy and Charging Enforcement Function) of IMS.The PCC model architecture takes into account the parameters of frequency bands in the processing and billing challenges in mobile networks by introducing an additional tariff block calculation. Modification introduced via Dimater protocol for passing parameters width band in a PCRF (Policy and Charging Rules Function) for its consideration in the processing and billing services, as well as new interface Ty and protocol DMShort for online services rating calculation and transfer the necessary parameters in a block PCRF for the decision to activate the service.Scientific and practical results of paper has allowed to solve the problem of improving call handling, including system settings on outside of it in the process of call processing services, improve system performance without compromise.
