The dissertation is devoted to research of principles of criminal procedure of Ukraine. The author gives the definition of procedural principles, determines the classification groups of principles of criminal procedure, considers the system of criminal procedure, the particularities of its use, procedural forms of its realization, the forms of realization in law, the exclusions from its positions. The dissertation contents theoretical statements and recommendations that correspond to requirements of scientific novelty and are important for science and law enforcement activity.
