Object - high-temperature superconducting materials. The purpose of the work - is the synthesis of high-temperature superconductors RBa2Cu3Oy and La1-xRxBa2Cu3Oy composition (where R = rare earth). Methods: X-ray diffraction analysis, infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, electron microscopy, resistance and chemical methods. The conditions of the synthesis of solid solutions based on lanthanum-barium cuprate with the majority of the REE by solid-phase reactions have been established. Field of application - electronic equipment.
