Medynska L. Provision of Equality of the Litigants of Criminal Trial.

The thesis is dedicated to the integrated scientific research of principle of equality of litigants and its provision at criminal trials. The historical development, concept, signs and features of equality principle of litigants of criminal trials have been studied. Content principle of equality of litigants of criminal trials before the law and court has been considered. The role of court in provision of equality of litigants has been analyzed. The procedural guarantees of provision of equality of litigants at court have been considered. Suggestions for improvement of effective legislation of Ukraine have been motivated and elaborated in order to ensure the equality of litigants of criminal trial.
