Essay

Dissertation is covers the investigation of physiological characteristics of formation and functioning of symbiotic systems of clover, alfalfa and soybeans, formed with new Tn5-mutants of nodule bacteria and transconjugation stored in in a museum for a long time and creation of highly efficient legume-rhizobial symbiosis. It was shown that the use of new active Tn5-mutants of nodule bacteria intensifies the major physiological processes of legume plants - nitrogen fixation, photosynthesis and respiration, promotes the significant increase of legume crops productivity and protein content rise.
