Essay

This thesis is focused on physiological and biochemical responses of plants in the heterotrophic phase of seedlings development in different tension of sourse-sink relations, influenced by the complex action of light, gibberellin and retardants as a theoretical basis for optimizing the "out-from-dormancy" process of plants. It was established that the action of gibberellin and its inhibitors is modified by light: the absence of light and gibberellin increase the growth processes and attractive the seedlings activity on the heterotrophic stage of nutrition. The application of retardants and action of light in this phase reduce the intensity of growth processes and attractive the seedlings activity.
