Titievska O. Mechanism of state risk regulation in deposit bank operations

Object of research - processes of state regulation of bank system in the conditions of financial and economic instability. A research objective is improvement scientific-theoretical approaches, working out of methodical bases and practical recommendations about formation and realisation of the mechanism of state regulation of risks of depositary operations of banks on the basis of the account of features of development of economy of Ukraine in the conditions of the financial and economic instability which introduction will promote increase of efficiency of activity of bank system of the country. Research methods: supervision, the complex analysis, methods of the logic analysis and synthesis, the comparative analysis. Scientific novelty of work consists in perfection of scientific-theoretical approaches, development of methodical bases and practical recommendations about formation and realization of the mechanism of state regulation of risks of depositary operations of banks by working out of conceptual bases of state regulation of risks, definition of principles, the purposes and problems of regulation, perfection of structural elements of the mechanism, its forms, methods and tools. For the first time the systematized classification of risk factors of depositary operations of banks is offered and conceptual bases of state regulation of risks of depositary operations of banks are developed. "Deposit", "depositary operation" and "state regulation of risks of depositary operations of banks" are improved terms framework by specification of concepts; methodical bases of state regulation of depositary operations of banks; system of warranting of contributions of physical persons. Had the further development: system of insurance of deposits; mechanisms of use of share derivatives in the course of hedging of risks of depositary operations of banks, scientifically-methodical approaches to definition and the account of features of development of the depositary market of Ukraine.
