Agarkova N. Governmental regulation of consumer industry development of Ukraine

Object of research - processes of state regulation of development of light industry. A research objective is working out of theoretical positions, methodical bases and practical recommendations about perfection of state regulation of light industry at the expense of realization of stages of the conceptually-strategic approach. Research methods: methods of logic, dialectics, the system approach, statistical, technical and economical methods, the comparative and system-structural analysis, the formal-logic approach, logistical management. Scientific novelty of work consists in deepening of scientific-theoretical positions, working out methodical perfection bases state regulation of development of light industry. For the first time the conceptually-strategic approach to development of light industry which assumes realization of two stages is offered: perfection of the existing concept of development of light industry and working out of technologies of strategic management by branch. Methodical approaches to formation of a regional industrial policy in branch by introduction of model of this process are improved; methodical bases of increase of competitive advantages of light industry at the expense of formation of model of complex strategy of growth of industrial potential of branch; organizational-methodical aspect of formation of the mechanism of state regulation of development of light industry on the basis of allocation of additional factors of influence of the state on branch development. Had the further development: theoretical positions on formation of strategy of competitive advantages and growth of industrial potential for the enterprises of light industry at the expense of introduction of the complex approach; the concept of development of light industry at the expense of introduction of the logistical approach to management of branch.
