Essay

In the thesis the character and evolution changes peculiarities in the enterprises activity in the process of structural reconstruction of Ukraine’s economy, the genesis of conception forms and management processes, the necessity and possibility of deposit increase of control system in aims achievements of the strategy enterprise development is proven. The necessity of observance of the administrative system as a relatively independent subject-object enterprise which demands constant attention to its own development is also studied.Constituents of the process-aimed and structural model of the control system are determined.
