Essay

The thesis is devoted to improvement of efficiency of treatment of URI in children with bronchial asthma and based on studying clinical peculiarities, immune indices in different periods of disease. Peculiarities of dynamics of interferon-alfa and -gamma and interleukin-4, -5, -13 are determined, features of correlations of immunological indices and factors influencing immune reaction in different periods of URI. Clinical and immunological grounding a medicine is presend influencing production of IFN-gamma in children with URI and bronchial asthma is investigated.
