Dissertation is research, in which at monographic level the complex trained actual questions, related to forming of bases of method of investigation of swindles and related to them crimes perfect in the field of functioning of electronic calculations with the use of confidential information about the essential elements of the real pay cards. In work it is selected and explored the elements of krymynalystics description of this type of crimes (method of crime; situation, place and time of commission of crime; typical tracks of crime; face of criminal). The features of initial stage of investigation of these crimes are explored; typical consequence situations, versions and algorithms of their decision.
