Essay

PhD deals with the heat of hydrodynamic processes in apple juice concentration in film evaporating apparatus. The analysis of evaporating heat transfer technology and research to the films of liquid from descending two-phase flows, experimental investigation of heat transfer and pressure losses during evaporation from the free surface and descending film boiling apple juice in a vertical pipe and film flows of apple juice on a vertical plate. As a result, we've got the dependence of intensity of heat and pressure losses on the geometrical and regime parameters and thermophysical properties of the juice in a wide range of consumables and regime changes steam parameters of liquid flow. For the first time it was studed zone of high concentrations of juice and low pressure during which there is evaporation. Using the research results the evaporating unit of apple juice for Chernivtsi oil and fat factory was developed.
