Dregval O. Biological properties оf strains Bacillus thuringiensis ІМВ-7186 and Beauveria bassiana ІМВ-F-100043, perspectivic to creation of insecticide biopreparation

Thesis deals with the biological properties of natural strains of entomopathogenic microorganisms, perspectivic to creation of integrated insecticide biopreparation with wide spectrum of action. It has been shown that selected strains of B. thuringiensis IMB-7186 and B. bassiana IMB-F-100 043 at joint infection pests complementary effect of each other, causing loss of 93.6% for several Lepidoptera insects, 77.3 % of colorado potato beetle, 72.2 % - tobacco thrips and 90.2 % - web tick. With order to creation effective insecticide biopreparation analyzed the influence of culture media and cultivation conditions on the productivity of selected strains. It has been shown for the first time the possibility of obtaining mixing culture B.thuringiensis and B. bassiana. Based on mixing culture received laboratory samples of liquid, paste and granulated forms of the biopreparation. The influence of different stabilizing additives and preservatives on the viability of microorganisms during storage of liquid and paste-like form, chosen vehicle for granular form of the biopreparation. It has been shown the high afficacy of the laboratory samples of liquid biopreparation against a wide range of pests in the field and in the greenhouses.
