Dissertation was devoted to improvement of diagnostic and comparing different methods of treatment the patients with teeth having the root holes that were bigger then foramen physiologicum on any place of the tooth root canal. Due to alginate cellulose root point the precision was increased for diagnostics the tooth root holes. And using alginate cellulose root point as a plunger-applicator decreased hit MTA beyond the tooth root. The term of the tooth root therapy was shorter on the one visit. Periodontal tissue was restoring more intensive.
