Essay

It was established that clinical course features in RA-associated GP were conditioned by RA type and course version. A course of RA-associated GP is accompanied by significant alterations in composition of periodontal pockets microflora, by dysfunction of immunity cellular component and in oral fluid cytokine imbalance biase. Established that periodontal film with ceftriaxone and nimesulide whenapplied topically in patients with generalized periodontitis associatedwith different forms of rheumatoid arthritis have anti-inflammatory effectsand pronounced antimicrobial action, which improves efficiency andshorten the treatment of disease.
