The theoretical and methodological problems of property utilization when renting the integral property complex (IPC) have been investigated in the dissertation. The concept of forming of the organizational and economic mechanism of the effi-ciency controlling has been developed and scientifically grounded. The methods of the efficiency estimation of IPC rent have been perfected.
