Essay

In this thesis were summarized the resalts of the clinical-laboratory investigation of 168 patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), combined with obesity (Ob). The basic group (86 patients) in the complex of the treatment at ambulatory conditions got hepalin and antral, the group of comparison (82 patients) got the generally accepted facilities in averagetheraputic doses. During period of medical rehabilitation the 43 pa-tients with NASH combined with Ob got combined preparation eucarbon. The features of clinical picture, character and expressed of violations biochemical and immunological, at the patients with NASH, combined with Ob, were analyzed. Pa-togenetically explaned expedience of the use eucarbon at medical rehabilitation. More quick improvement of the common state of patients is marked, renewal of biochemical and immunological indexes, that shows up in achievement of remission of disease proof and valuable.
