In thesises is designed organizing-economic mechanism of corporative management vertically-integrated structures in fowling, which unites the levers and methods of the strategic planning, actions and instruments of the regulation inwardly-structures and financial relations, mechanisms of the shaping the prices, provision to competitiveness to product fowling, which in the aggregate provide the most high synergy effect to integrations production and financial capital in fowling corporation. They are motivated methodical bases of the estimation level to competitiveness to product fowling, which take into account the factors: level consumer characteristic, level to organizations of the sale, the price and level to safety of meat of the bird and meat products.
