Bobreshov Y. Judicial enforcement in Ukraine: problems of theory and practice.

Thesis is the original and complex academic research of the judicial enforcement in Ukraine. According to the settled purpose, it was researched the judicial enforcement as a real and practical transformation of formally defined legal prescriptions into life, which are aimed at the creation, modification and termination of any legal relations in society; studied the legal nature of judicial enforcement with its essence, characteristics, purposes and functions; determined the differences of judicial enforcement from other types of state enforcement; developed the definition of the judicial enforcement; analyzed the judicial enforcement process and its components; figured out the fundamental principles of judicial enforcement; defined the place of the court practice in judicial enforcement in Ukraine; made concrete proposals and recommendations about improving the quality and efficiency of judicial enforcement in Ukraine.
