Object - the processes of transformation of housing and communal services of Ukraine, development of competitive markets monopolized and purpose - the development of scientific and theoretical basis for the formation and development of the competitive market environment in housing and communal services in Ukraine, identify and study mechanisms to support it; methods - general, Interdisciplinary, Economics and Mathematics, statistics, special, factor analysis, expert evaluation, novelty - is to develop theoretical bases, developing new conceptual approaches to build and maintain the competitive environment in the residential services and scientific grounding system of maintenance of process; introduced in the activities of economic analysis and reform of housing the regional state administration in the regional division of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, teaching courses in "National Economy", "Principles of competition policy"; the field is economics and management of national economy.
