Essay

An object - is respiratory disorders at critical conditions at new-born one; aim - to improve medical and preventive measures among new-born with respiratory insufficiency by optimization of diagnostics of respiratory disorders of pulmonary origin on the basis of study of changes of indexes of oxidative status and levels of metabolites monooxide of nitrogen in the runback of air that fizzles out;methods - biochemical, immunological, statistical; results - first on the basis of research in the runback of air that fizzles out, the diagnostic value of indexes of peroxide oxidization of albumens, processes of lipoperoxidation is certain, states of antioxidant defence and contained metabolites monooxide of nitrogen for verification of respiratory insufficiency of type at new-born; expediency of realization among new-born in the critical conditions of uninvasion research of pulmonary homoeostasis and his monitoring is well-proven for the estimation of to efficiency of treatment and determination of prognosis on the basis of research in the runback of air that fizzles out, biological markers of peroxide oxidation and nitrogen disbalance; the row of risk of development of oxidative stress factors is distinguished at new-born, namely: violation of adaptation of child after birth, overactivation of neutrocytes of blood, applications of excessive concentrations of oxygen during realization of artificial ventilation of lungs and enhanceable synthesis of metabolites monooxide of nitrogen at the level of aerohematic barrier; an idea is extended about the physiopathology mechanisms of origin of respiratory respiratory disorders and the new methods of prophylaxis of origin of complications are offered.
