A research object is investment processes in a national economy. The aim of dissertation work is generalization of theoretical positions development of scientifically-methodical approaches and conceptual principles of forming of national investment strategy as to the institute of state influence on investment processes on principle of improvement of them organizationally-economic providing taking into account features and terms of development of market relations in a national economy. Research methods: structural and logical analysis, comparative analysis, institutional approach, selective supervision, analysis and synthesis, generalization. A scientific novelty consists in the theoretical ground of conceptual principles and development of methodical positions of forming of such institute of state influence on investment processes as national investment strategy development and realization of which will allow to improve investment activity of all her subjects by the decline of existent vagueness of development of investment processes. Conceptual principles of forming of national investment strategy are first reasonable as to the institute of state influence on investment processes in a national economy. The institutional going is improved near realization of double nature of functions of the state in a national economy due to forming of institutional priorities; becoming of institutes as formal and informal rules what is executed function of limitations of behaviour of economic agents and put in order co-operation between them, and also corresponding mechanisms of control after the observance of these rules.
