The Thesis is dedicated to development theorist-methodical bases and practical recommendation on relation to forming of competition potential of agrarian enterprises. Essence, structure of competition potential of agrarian enterprises, is exposed, foreign experience of development of competition potential of enterprises and prospect of his adaptation is considered to the Ukrainian terms, methodical bases of forming and estimation of competition potential of agrarian enterprises. In dissertation the system of organizationally-economic measures is worked out in relation to application of franchayzy and cluster models of cooperation of enterprises agrarian to the sector.
