Object - the final cutoff system slag elements float type at issue in the converter steel pouring ladle. Purpose - to achieve the final degree cutoff BOF slag not less than 70% by improving the system cutoff by study design and energy parameters for the manipulator input elements in float type outlet channel steel unit. Research methods and equipment - the position and methods of the theory of machines and mechanisms of resistance and hydraulic methods of computational mathematics, mathematical and physical modeling, methods of strain gauges, ADC. Theoretical and practical results - urgent scientific and technical problem of improving the final cutoff converter slag, which is achieved by using cutoff level of slag at least 70%, due to theoretical and experimental study of structural and energy parameters of cutoff. Novelty: The existence of the phenomenon first oscillation elements of type float in the bath oxygen furnace for the final stage of steel production, and evaluating the impact of geometrical parameters and physical properties of the material element float type level cutoff in the issuance of the final slag in steel pouring ladle, the first time the mechanism of excitation of oscillations clipping elements on the surface of slag-metal section, which is caused by an imbalance existing in Back flow element forces, has been further developed rating of thermal stress state manipulator rod, first made to determine the dependence of energy parameters of kinematics and manipulator.
