Shulyak U. Criminal responsibility for fraud: comparative-legal research

The thesis contains a complex comparative-legal analysis of questions of theoretic and applied character related to criminal responsibility for fraud. Based on studies of historical genesis of such phenomenon as fraud and ruled by personal empirical research and criminal-legislative analysis of this crime, the author suggest a series of changes into national criminal legislation. Mainly these concern improvement of construction of article 190 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and changes to the Resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of Ukraine Plenum of the Supreme Court of Ukraine "On judicial practice in the cases about crimes against property" from November 6, 2009 no. 10.
