The author presents the complex research problems using the seizure of deposits, valuables and other property of the accused, as a result - solving theoretical problems that are not designed or insufficiently covered, the formulation of scientifically based practice, recommendations for practice are in the application of criminal procedural enforcement, providing compensation for damage caused by crime and property manager charges the court. Defined the concept of the criminal-procedural enforcement, established a legal affiliation with the institute seizure of deposits, valuables and other property of the accused, investigated and established legal and factual grounds and procedure for distress, the characteristics of arrest certain types of property.
