Essay

The dissertation deals with the theoretical and methodological approaches as well as practical recommendations in the field of formation and development of the organizational culture in the system of strategic management of higher educational institutions.The theoretical fundamentals of organizational culture of higher educational institutions are studied, different scientific approaches to research this phenomena are summarized. The factors of formation and development of the organizational culture of HET are analyzed. The model of multilevel diagnosis of the organizational culture is developed. The role of organizational culture in strategic management of HEI is defined. The variants of strategies of development of HEI, which effective realization is possible only in conditions of dominance of a certain type of organizational culture are substantiated. The model of coordination of the strategy of development of HEI and its organizational structure is developed. The actions that lead to the realization of the priority strategy of development of HEI are considered.
