Harasymiv O. Philosophic and legal aspect of social responsibility in the activity of the bodies of internal affairs

The main theoretical-methodological approaches of philosophic and legal aspect of social responsibility in the activity of the bodies of internal affairs are discovered. The institution of social responsibility in the system of values of democratic state is analysed; responsibility as social quality of human and the problem of overcoming irresponsibility of individual and social life is considered; social and legal characteristic of legal responsibility of the officers of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is given. Legal means of the formation of social responsibility in the activity of the bodies of internal affairs are discovered from the position of philosophy of law; it is made the analysis of the features of legal responsibility of the described sphere.
