Essay

An object is features of febrile attacks for children with the viral and bacterial infection of respiratory tracts; aim - to learn clinically the meaningful features of motion of febrile attack attacks of bronchial asthma for children with a bacterial or viral infection for the improvement of etiotropic therapy, estimation of her efficiency; methods - biochemical, immunological, bacteriological, virologic, statistical; results - a complex estimation is conducted clinically-laboratory inspection of children of early and preschool age with febrile attacks BA, found out differences in the results of complex inspection of children with viral and bacterial nature of febrile attacks BA, it is shown that to the children with the bacillosis of bottom respiratory tracts peculiar presence of factors of propensity to the bacterial respiratory diseases and markers of the used for setting fire answer to the organism, a diagnostic value and indexes of risk of clinical and laboratory indexes are certain in confirmation of presence for the children of early and preschool age with febrile attacks BA bacterial nature intensifying, it is shown that for the patients of early and preschool age from by febrile attacks BA gives positive influence only for patients with bacterial nature of attacks of disease and slows the rates of recovery for patients with a viral respiratory infection, shown efficiency of separate components of holiatry of attacks BA at viral and bacterial respiratory infections on a background intensifying of disease, the mathematical model of weight of motion of febrile is created febrile attack BA viral or bacterial nature for the children of early and preschool age for the correction of holiatry and estimation of his efficiency.
