The dissertation is devoted to the study of morphofunctional features of optic nerve during transplantation of cryopreserved placenta and at acute aseptic inflammation on the background of transplantation of placenta. It is established that transplantation of cryopreserved placenta is accompanied by the expressed stimulant influence on tissues of optic nerve, strengthens microcirculation and does not cause pathological changes. It is first discovered that introduction of placenta tissue at aseptic neuritis abbreviates the terms of inflammation, activates reparative processes and warns changes in nervous fibers and neuroglia.
