The state of the vegetative regulations and psychological status in patients with the different kinds of functional dyspepsia and their connection with acidic status of the stomach are studied. The determination of level of melatonin are conducted in patients with functional dyspepsia and connection with psychoneurological disorders, that allowed to learn the clinical features of motion of functional dyspepsia. For the first time given the clinical and patogenic grounding of application of Magne-B6, sulpiride and vita-melatonin preparations in the complex treatment different variants of functional dyspepsia.
