Essay

The object of the research is 135 patients with generalized periodontitis of the I and II stages of development. It has been determined that the development of generalized periodontitis is accompanied by vascular trombocyte hemostasis violation involving the levels of C-reactive protein, cellular adhesion molecules sPECAM-1.The preparation containing Ginkgo biloba extract ensures a more intensive regression of clinical manifestation of generalized periodontitis while practicing basic therapy. It also ensures the normalization of vascular trombocyte hemostasis, the level of C-reactive protein, cellular adhesion molecules sPECAM-1. All these factors assist the progress of remission.
