Dissertation is devoted to improving treatment of acute forms of recurrence of obstructive bronchitis in the background of persistent currents of intracellular infections in children. Watching the children for 18 months, we noted the lack of episodes acute forms of recurrence of obstructive bronchitis prevalent in most (85,0 %) patients with an active course of intracellular infection and reduction in the incidence of SARS in 90,0 % of these patients. In children with latent infectious process was identified as a positive response to the performed treatment: in most patients (68,0 %) episodes do not recur obstructive bronchitis, and was to decrease the rate of acute respiratory disease in 84% of children. This confirmed the effectiveness of a differentiated approach to the treatment of recurrent forms of acute obstructive bronchitis in children infected with intracellular pathogens.
