Essay

Object - furfurylglycidyl ether in the interaction with mono dicarboxylic acid (saturated and unsaturated) . Purpose - study kinetic polymerization furfurylglycidyl ether and his derivatives in the present complex ion catalysts. Methods - differential-scanning calorimeters, IR- NMR(H1) -spectroscopy, elements analyze, gravimetric and thermogravimetric analysis. Results - synthesis new monomers - product interactions furfurylglycidyl ether with mono and dicarboxylic acid(saturated and unsaturated); studied kinetic reactions and defined regularity. There were approved that furfurylglycidyl ether polymerization carries as mechanism of radical polymerization with formation of intermediate peroxide compounds in position of 2,5 furan ring as a result of oxygen diene addition with the next decompounding of peroxides by complex ion catalysts and subsequent flowing of yon-radical polymerization on the deep stages in the presence of Lewis acid. All monomer-oligomeric compounds are formed the sheeting, which after all physical and chemical, physical and mechanical properties exceed currently well known outgoing resins, which apply in the production of coatings.
