Essay

The thesis is devoted to analysis of theoretical and practical bases of military crimes prevention. Main features of current military criminality, its place in the general criminality structure, correlation with adjoining formations, combating and prevention crimes priorities are determined. The criteria and classification of military crimes are developed. Dynamic characteristics and indexes of military crimes as a form of criminal conflict are worked out. Fundamental determinants of military crimes are described. Criminological similarity of crime activity system of this type is substantiated.
