The paper presents the results of the study of criminal-legal characteristics of murder committed in accompliceship, classification of accompliceship forms and types of accomplices, qualification of murders committed in accompliceship. The essence of group and organized forms of accompliceship is subject to analysis. Distinction between different forms of accompliceship is made. Special attention is paid to the study of peculiarities of qualification of murders with aggravating and mitigating circumstances. On the basis of the received results the author makes scientifically grounded suggestions directed at the perfection of legislation.
