Spektor O. Optimization of medicamentous correction of an immunological homeostasis at patients with diabetic retinopathy

Dissertation is devoted to the increase of efficiency of treatment of patients with nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy (NDR). It is surveyed 197 patients (394 eyes) with bilateral DR in age from 24 to 85 years. For patients with the DR discovered violations of functional indexes depending on the clinical form of disease. Was set presence of the expressed positive cross-correlation connection between the central corneal thickness and concentration of proinflamatory cytokines TNFa, and IL-1b. Reverse correlative intercommunication found out between the central corneal thickness and level of IL-4. From the side of immunological indexes for patients with DR were diagnosed violation of cytokine profile of tear and whey of blood.Was set positive influence of lipoflavon and imunofan in complex therapy of patients with mild NDR on clinical and immunological indicators. By a multivariable mathematical analysis was set criteria of prognostication of DR flow.
