Chukhriy M. The mechanism of maintaining enterprise financial competitiveness

The present thesis is devoted to a complex research of theoretical principles, methodological and practical aspects concerning the development of mechanisms for maintaining financial competitiveness of engineering enterprises in order to provide favorable conditions for their effective financial activity. The study of the financial aspect of competitiveness called forth the introduction of the concept of "enterprise financial competitiveness" which is the ability of competing in changing market conditions maintaining such capital structure that provides creditworthiness and increase of the company market value. The analysis of Khmelnytsky machine-building enterprises financial conditions made it possible to determine average and standard values of key financial indicators necessary for developing a system of criteria for assessing the financial competitiveness. The mechanism of maintaining enterprise financial competitiveness has been elaborated. It is a set of financial conditions of its activity and a set of tools, methods, instruments, techniques and test indicators for the formation and distribution of revenue and reaching the objectives of the enterprise financial management.
