Essay

Dissertation is devoted the development of the technology obtaining the nickel hydroxy-carbonat in the disposal of nickel-containing waste solutions. Researches of the chemical besieging Ni2+ from exhaust solutions of different concentration the crystalline sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate, and also water solutions of these matters saturated at 20 0С are shoun in dissertation. The induction periods of the chemical besieging of ions of nickel (II) from exhaust solutions and coefficients of supersaturation are determined. The coefficients are corresponded to the transition of the system from the metastabilizing area of the chemical besieging in labiling.The mathematical model of processes of the chemical besieging of connections of nickel from solution is proposed. It is required an initial concentration and duration of induction period and mathematical model allowing to expect amount of water, re-entry in a cycle on washing of wares and amount of additional water.The scheme of process of obtaining nickel hydroxy-carbonat in the utilization of exhaust nickeliferous hight- and low-concentrated solutions is offered. Quality of the received nickel hydroxy-carbonat completely meets the requirements of operating standards.
