This thesis summarizes data on complex clinical, immunological and biochemical examination 81 patients with herpetic horioretynitis (HHR).In patients with HHR were found depression FAM, increase concentrations of IFN, of proinflammatory against imbalance of anti-inflammatory cytokines in the blood. Similar changes in cytokines detected in the tear fluid at the patients with HHR. Levels detected immunological changes correlated with the incidence of disease relapses.Pathogenetic substantiation include combinations nucleinat, immunomax and okopheron to the complex treatment of the patients with recurrent form HHR. The expediency of mefical rehabilitation of the patients with HHR and the presence of secondary immunodeficiency with glutargin.
