The dissertation is dedicated to the actual problem of therapeutic dentistry the improvement of the correction of esthetic defects of the anterior group of teeth by the way of creation of direct and indirect esthetic laminates of composite resins and their comparative evaluation. Recommendations to the use of composite resins direct and indirect laminates restorations in anterior teeth have been elaborated, expediency of the use of the index of gingival fluid quantity for the selection of the optimal methods of teeth reconstruction and avoiding the negative influence of composite laminates on marginal gingiva have been substantiated.
