The thesis is devoted to one of the pressing problems of pediatrics -improvement of biliary dyskinesia (BD) diagnostics, including pre-clinical stage and its therapy optimization. The peculiarity of biliary dyskinesia manifestations in children who suffer from diabetes mellitus type 1 is resistance of billiary dysfunction clinical symptoms that persists even after its clinical laboratory compensation. Hypertensive hypokinetic type of biliary dyskinesia is the most characteristic and the least favorable prognosis for a disease in diabetes mellitus type 1. If there are all the types of biliary dyskinesia in children with diabetes mellitus type 1 hepatic activity depression is characteristic which is of subclinic character, vegetative imbalance with sympathicotonia prevalence was revealed, depolarization and repolarization abnormalities in column brain structures that controlled biliary excretion were determined. The mathematical prediction model of biliary dyskinesia in children with diabetes mellitus type 1 was developed and its model sensitivity comprised 100% and computer program was created for practitioners tha t gave the opportunity to reduce incidence of biliary dyskinesia in children with diabetes mellitus type 1. The marked therapeutic effect of conservative therapy in combination with Hopantenic acid was established in biliary dyskinesia in children with diabetes mellitus type 1 that stated both involution of symptom complex of dyskinetic process and laboratory instrumental parameters normalization persisting during follow-ups.
