Object - the plasma-ionic treatment (PIT), nanostructure (NS), combained strengthening (CS); he target - the development of physicotechnical principles of NS and PIT creation, the selection of cutting tool (CT) with coating (C) machining regimes and regimes of coating deposition (C); noveety - the model of different energies, sorts, chargness and current density of ion action was created for the first time and the possibiliated of NS reception was substantiated, the successful combination C - C and C - the material of CT; the influence of adhession interactuon of C on CT and machining material on the resistance was shown; results: the rizing of working capacity of CT roith C; Branchs - mechanical engineering and cutting tool production.
