Berezhnoy A. Dependences of physical properties of nucleotides and promoters from their funcional and evolutional characteristics.

The investigation objects were nucleotides and promoters. The investigetion aim was analysis of correlations between physical properties of nucleotides and their place in codon and determinative degree, and also correlations between the promoters physical properties and their biological activity. The possible correlations between the functional promoters activity and their structure or their energetic properties have been investigated. One has also investigated structural differences of the promoter groups regulating by different sigma-factors, what allowed making the conclusions about promoters evolution. One has investigated the physical properties of nucleotides placed in vacuum and in the water solution, such as dipole moment, heat of formation and the energy of most stable conformation. One has realized the analysis of their dependences on nucleotide place in codon and on its determinative degree.
