Essay

The mathematical models of temperature processes and processes of diffusion which take a place during hot pressing, sintering and heat treatment of powdered materials product with standing and cyclical internal and external sources of heat are offered and investigated. Models are examined as nonlinear problem for heat conduction and diffusion equation. The mathematical model of the mold - product as third boundary problem with nonlinear boundary condition is considered in thesis. Nonlinear difference scheme are built for solution of boundary problem with nonlinear boundary condition and parameters which depend on time. Algorithms are built, software modules are developed for simulation of heat and diffusion processes. Numerical experiments were conducted. Flow charts of the control of temperature field during processes of high temperature heat treatment of materials is offered.
