Essay

Object of study. Strains M. tuberculosis from patients with newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis. The aim: to establish the incidence of tuberculosis caused by resistant strains of MBT, isolated from patients with newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis, find NTMB etiologic role in tuberculosis, improve and standardize laboratory methods for diagnosis of tuberculosis through the development of modified tests of differential diagnosis of microorganisms, the introduction of direct DNA hybridization method and developing the method of isolation mycobacterium from the body of oligobacillus patients. Methods: microbiological, genetic, physicochemical and statistical. Equipment: microscope "Olympus", thermostat (incubator), autoclave, hot air oven, pH meter, lyumenometr, electrical thermostat with magnetic blocks, cold centrifuge "Sigma", transilyuminator, shakers Vortex tubes, laminar box Telstar level 2 protection. Novelty: The levels of tuberculosis morbidity caused by resistant strains of M. tuberculosis isolated from patients with newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis in TB hospitals in the penitentiary system of Ukraine are determined. Tests of differential diagnosis in order to convenience of their implementation in routine diagnosis of tuberculosis are modified. The effectiveness of using the method of direct DNA hybridization using TAT™ technology to identify the complex M. tuberculosis / M. bovis is substantiated and proved. The method for isolation of M. tuberculosis from the body of oligobacillus patients is developed. The necessity of monitoring for drug-resistant M. tuberculosis isolated from patients with newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis is demonstrated. An electronic tracking system of resistance to drugs in the network of bacteriological laboratories in tuberculosis institutions of Ukraine and a new accounting and reporting documentation is proposed. Level of implementation: implemented in the work of bacteriological laboratories in tuberculosis institutions of Ukraine, 3 patents, 4 guidelines. Branch of usage: Phthisiology (bacteriological laboratory in tuberculosis institutions).
