Essay

Object of study: drugs, probiotics, pathogens, opportunistic Gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, fungi of the genus Candida, human erythrocytes. Objective: A comparative method to study the basic biological properties of microbial cells comprising the most widely used drugs, probiotics, and based on the received data to justify expanding the indications for the evaluation criteria of microbiological activity and efficacy of probiotics as treatment and prevention of bacterial preparations and selection of new strains of probiotic microorganisms for new probiotics. Aparatura: automatic dosing volume of 0,1, 0,5, 1,0 ml, brightfield microscope MBI, phase contrast microscope attachment to CF-4, analytical scales, scales torsion, pH meter, centrifuge OPN-8, a refrigerator household "Donbass", thermostats TS-80, an autoclave, mikrofotonasadka RCC, camera number, mikroanaerostaty, water bath, desk boxes, optical turbidity standard, and more. For the first time in a comparative aspect studied the basic biological properties of cells of the probiotic micro-organisms (viability, adhesiveness, lysozyme / antilizotsimnaya and antagonistic activity), comprising the 10 most commonly used probiotics in medical practice and on the basis of the data justified indication for the expansion of evaluation criteria Microbiological activity and efficacy of probiotics as treatment and prevention of bacterial preparations and selection of new strains of probiotic microorganisms to develop new probiotics. Develop new and improve existing methods for determining the adhesive, lysozyme, antilizotsimnoy and antagonistic activity of microorganisms. First established the existence of antagonism between the individual probiotics (biosporin, bifidumbacterin, bificol) relative to toxigenic Corynebacterium, which opens up prospects for using these probiotics for the prevention of diphtheria carrier state. Scope (the industry) use - Microbiology
