Essay

The object of study: infectious and chronic inflammatory processes. The aim of the study: Microbiological rationale for the use of amniotic membrane, preserved in antimicrobial drugs for the treatment of experimental bacterial corneal ulcer. Research methods. Microbiological, morphological, physical and statistical. Hardware: slitlamp SCHL 2B, thermometer Laboratory TL-4, stopwatch SDS pr-1-2-000-1 SHTS calipers, scales, pH-10C-KM, a set of weights H5. The novelty in the robot was first obtained canned antimicrobial amniotic membrane, in which long preserved structural elements vital activity of cells and sterility. First studied the effect of solution decamethoxine on morphological structure of the amniotic membranes. For the first time developed a model of bacterial corneal ulcer to standardize the conditions of the study of medicinal preparations. For the first time in an experimental model of bacterial corneal ulcer studied medicinal properties of transplantation of preserved amniotic membrane antimicrobials and proved its therapeutic effect, which manifests itself in reducing the inflammatory process, acceleration of epithelialization, reduced infiltration and fibrosis, corneal stroma, inhibition of neovascularization. The degree of implementation: Results of the research introduced in the curricula of the departments of microbiology, virology and immunology at the medical school. Scope of use: microbiology, transplantation, ophthalmology.
