The dissertation deals with the elaboration of theoretical and methodical principles and practical recommendations concerning increasing of innovative and investment provision of productive activity of agricultural enterprises. The definition "innovative and investment provision of productive activity" is introduced. Theoretical positions and methodical principles of the innovative investment provision of productive activity of agricultural enterprises are deepened. The algorithm of the forming of strategy of innovative development of productive activity at agricultural enterprises are performed, as an integral stage-by-stage development of innovative strategy process. The ways of investing of innovative development of agricultural enterprises is substantiated. Conceptual approaches concerning the effective innovative and investment provision of productive activity of agricultural enterprises on region level: on the basis of cluster model.
